The logo of the accommodation is also a picture that embodies a bright and warm sun, and we hope you feel warm and happy during your stay.The spaceSeoul, which has been done, is a bright and small second-floor hanok, and you can use a private house when making a reservation.On the first floor, there is a living room, kitchenette, toilet and shower area, and dining area, and the second floor consists of only rooms, so you can sleep quietly.The first and second floors are connected by internal stairs.In the front of the building, you can relax or dine by creating an outdoor rest area.Hanok can be affected by the external environment due to the nature of the wooden structure, but we are committed to hygiene management through regular quarantine by a professional company.Guest access🏡 1st floor🔹️Living room: sitting table, sofa, TV, multi, air conditioner* We provide tea and drip bag coffee.* There is a traditional Korean game set.🔹️Kitchenette: Water purifier (cold water, hot water, purified water), basic tableware, spoon/cutlery, cooking utensils, electric kettle, microwave, induction, mini fridge/freezer, cup, wine glass, wine opener🔹️Simple table, stool: Place the folding table and stool on the door side to open the door and enjoy a meal and tea while looking at the scenery outside.🔹️Toilet, shower area: bidet, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cleansing foam, hand wash, bamboo toothbrush, toothpaste, hair dryer* We provide 1 body towel and 1 face towel per person.* Toilets and showers are constructed with loess.🔹️There is a washing machine and dryer inside the hanok. We provide laundry detergent and fabric softener as much as you need.🔹️The living room on the 1st floor has a cooling and heating machine installed, so it can be used as an air conditioner with cool breeze in summer and a heater with warm air in winter.🔹️Shoe rack: You can put the shoes you came in. Please take off your shoes when you come inside. If you need it, we have indoor slippers in the shoe rack, so please use them only inside. You can check in yourself by entering the code on the keypad.The accommodation is adjacent to a big road and the street lights are bright on the way, so it is not inconvenient and safe to move at night. In addition, security cameras installed at every corner of the building are watching the outside of the hanok 24/7 without blind spots. In the event of a serious security problem, there is a dispatch service, so you can safely use the accommodation.Other things to note✅️ Reservation✔️ Additional uncertified guests other than the reserved number of guests are not allowed to stay or visit. The total number of reservations available is 4 people, including infants and children. We do not accept reservations for more than 4 people as you may feel uncomfortable during your stay, so please understand for a pleasant stay.✔️ Extra bedding is not provided.✔️ Our hanok does not accept proxy reservations. If confirmed as a proxy reservation (when booking on behalf of someone else), the **proxy reservation agent (reservation agent)** will be responsible for any damage, contamination, loss, or additional cleaning required during the stay.Repair, replacement, and cleaning fees may be charged to the agent.✔️ Due to the unique structure, materials, and interior design of the hanok, special attention is required for safety when accompanying infants or children.In addition, for those who are new to hanok, the structure or lifestyle may feel a bit unfamiliar, but please understand it as part of the hanok experience and refer to it for reservations and use. Please refer to the staircase photos in the gallery.✔️ Pets are not allowed.✅️ Parking✔️ There are two private parking lots outside.(1 minute walk) Please contact us and we will guide you.✅️ Check-in, check-out✔️ Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and checkout is at 11:00 a.m. Early check-in and late check-out are not possible. Please keep in mind that this is to secure the minimum time required to manage a clean accommodation. 🙏✔️ Please separate garbage at the time of departure. The method of garbage disposal is detailed in the check-in guide's house rules. If you have any inconvenience or difficulty, please let me know!✅️ Important Notice✔️ Haeon Seoul is a wooden hanok. Therefore, smoking or the use of firearms is strictly prohibited in both indoor and outdoor lounge spaces. Please cooperate for your safety.✔️ Electronic cigarette vaping is also strictly prohibited in the entire hanok space, and special cleaning fees from professional cleaning companies may be charged to remove odors. ✔️ All forms of smoking are only allowed outside the hanok, and we would appreciate your cooperation in cleaning up after smoking to make it a pleasant place for everyone to stay.✔️ Please do not dispose of food, oil, wet wipes, toiletries, etc. in the toilet or sewer. Please dispose of the paper in the trash as much as possible. If the sewer is blocked by substances other than toilet paper, the cost of sewer piping work will be charged at the actual cost.✔️ Please separate the recyclable waste, general waste, and food waste in the accommodation. If you do not separate the garbage and dispose of it outside without putting it in a dedicated garbage bag, a fine may be imposed. For more information on garbage disposal, please refer to the accommodation rules or contact me.✔️ If excessive garbage discharge or cleaning outside the normal range is required when using the accommodation, an additional cleaning fee (50,000 KRW) may be incurred.✔️ In the event of a serious noise complaint after 11 pm, you may be subject to eviction without a refund. Since it is a residential area, please be careful not to make loud noises such as cell phone calls or music outdoors during late hours.✔️ Minors can only stay with an adult guardian of the family. In some cases, we may request a separate document proving your family relationship and may take immediate action without a refund.✔️ Illegal use of the property is strictly prohibited and all legal liability rests with the guest. If detected, we will take a minimum of eviction measures.✔️ Commercial photography or video shooting outside and inside the property is prohibited.✔️ If the facility and property are damaged, contaminated, or defaced, you may be liable for compensation.
