Who produces the published images
SelectBNBs property imagery may be generated or materially edited with AI tools using private visual references during editorial production. The AI system is a production tool, not the credited creator. The SelectBNBs Media Team directs, selects, edits, and publishes the public version.
In image metadata, SelectBNBs identifies the organization that produced the published AI-assisted version. This credit does not mean that SelectBNBs photographed the property or owns the underlying source material.
Default image-use terms
Viewing, indexing, or linking to an image does not grant a license to download, republish, redistribute, sell, train on, or otherwise reuse it. SelectBNBs grants no image-reuse license by default.
Underlying image rights, architectural rights, and third-party trademark rights remain with their respective owners. Where applicable, SelectBNBs reserves rights only in original human-authored selection, arrangement, editing, branding, and presentation. Nothing on this page transfers rights that SelectBNBs does not control.

To ask about editorial or commercial use, email hi@selectbnbs.com. Include the full image URL, the related property page, your intended use, publication, territory, and duration.
We can grant permission only for rights we control. A request may require separate approval from a property owner, photographer, platform, or other underlying rights holder.
