Checking official dataset coverage

A missing result never means illegal or unlicensed. SelectBNBs is a private service, not a government agency.

The submitted text is checked in memory and is not saved. Exact one-record checks are free. 입력한 내용은 메모리에서만 확인하며 저장하지 않습니다. 정확한 단건 조회는 무료입니다.

Three independent answers

No single badge hides the uncertainty. 하나의 배지로 불확실성을 감추지 않습니다.

A record can be active while the listing match remains uncertain. A property can be in our collection without that becoming a government endorsement. 등록 상태가 정상이어도 해당 숙소와의 일치 여부는 불확실할 수 있습니다. SelectBNBs 컬렉션 포함 여부는 정부의 보증이 아닙니다.

How it works

Read the official feed

We refresh a local cache of eight public LOCALDATA datasets. Public searches query that cache, not the government API quota.

Resolve the identifier conservatively

A durable government management number can be checked exactly. A short local permit number can repeat, so it needs region, business type, and listing identity evidence.

Show every match basis

Name, road address, reviewed linkage, source timestamp, and record locator remain visible. We do not hide them behind an opaque confidence score.

Leave room for correction

Official records and listing pages can change. Send a property URL and the disputed field to hi@selectbnbs.com for evidence review.

What this is not: a people-search tool. We do not provide owner phone numbers, personal owner identity, business registration numbers, family relationships, marital status, exact coordinates, or raw upstream payloads.
