We'll process it within 30 days. Hold onto this confirmation in case we need to verify:
—Whether you connected Instagram, gave us your email, or just clicked around — you can ask us to remove your data, and we will. There are two paths.
If you connected Instagram via KoreAlo
Sign in to your studio and tap Disconnect Instagram. That deletes our copy of your access token and all stored insights (account + per-media) immediately. The Instagram Login flow has no server-side revoke endpoint — to also remove our app on Meta's side, visit instagram.com/accounts/manage_access.
Otherwise, email us
Send a note to hi@selectbnbs.com with the subject "delete my data". Reference the email address or Instagram handle you used so we can find your record.
We respond within 7 days to confirm, and complete deletion within 30 days.
Everything we hold on you
- Your Instagram access token (deleted from our store; Meta-side app revocation is a separate step you do at instagram.com/accounts/manage_access)
- Account-level insights snapshots (followers, reach, profile views)
- Per-media insights (impressions, reach, saved, shares, plays, comments)
- Derived analytics JSON we cached for the studio dashboard
- Any leads, saved-stays rows, or contact records tied to your email
We don't keep silent copies. If a backup expires after deletion, that backup is overwritten on its normal rotation — we don't pull from cold storage to repopulate anything.
